This delightful chalet has a real home from home feel. Built in traditional alpine style it provides very comfortable and modern accommodation for up to twelve guests. The warm atmosphere is created by the open log fire, beamed ceiling and authentic pine furniture and is completed with attractive décor and homely touches.
Wonderful views of the Meribel valley can be enjoyed from large sunny terrace which is accessed from the sitting and dining room. Leading off the terrace is a large decked area with hot tub - the ultimate place to relax after a day out on the mountain. In addition this chalet is complemented by a sauna.
Situated in ‘Le Raffort’ a small village that oozes traditional charm, it is approximately 1½ miles from the center of Meribel. Access to Meribel is by the courtesy chalet minibus service that is on hand to transfer you to and from the slopes. This is a flexible service designed to make your holiday as relaxed as possible with transfers being available at the start and end of the skiing day.
Alternatively the Olympic cable car is 100m walk from the chalet and takes you directly to ‘La Chaudanne’ lift area and snow permitting skiing back to the chalet is possible via a pisted blue itinerary run. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | Your day starts with a generous breakfast offering a choice of continental or cooked dishes to include cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, traditional French bread and croissants, eggs and bacon, accompanied by fruit juices and fresh coffee and tea.
On your return from a day on the slopes home baked cake and biscuits served with hot chocolate, tea and coffee will await you.
Pre dinner aperitifs can be enjoyed in front of the roaring log fire accompanied by a choice of tempting canapés. To follow, a delicious four course dinner is served to include a cheese board and fresh coffee with chocolates to finish. Good quality house wines are provided and are unlimited in supply. All soft drinks and beers are supplied free of charge.
As a warm welcome to all guests, Champagne is served on the first night of your stay.
Early evening supper is served at about 6pm for children aged 12 years and under, leaving both parents and other guests to enjoy their dinner later in the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
Your chalet staff will have one full day off during the week. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea will be left for you to help yourselves. In the evening you will have the chance to sample one of Meribel’s many restaurants which your chalet host will be happy to recommend and book for you. |
