Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation  Chalet l'Arclusaz is a lovely and very rare free-standing traditional Alpine chalet in Mottaret. With extensive renovation plans in place for the summer of 2007, it promises to offer superb spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests in really comfortable surroundings. It has the advantage of a sauna and jacuzzi in which to relax in after a hard day's skiing.
Set it an elevated position towards the top of Meribel Mottaret, it has spectacular views down across Meribel and to the valley beyond. There is a large open-plan living/dining area with open log fire and a lovely terrace. All the bedrooms will be tastefully furnished and there is a high ratio of bathroom to bedroom. In the room on the top floor, there is an extra pull-out sofa bed so that whole groups of 10 can be accommodation.
Chalet l'Arclusaz is well positioned and it is only a couple of minutes walk to where you can ski from and link into the main lift system taking you over to either Courchevel, Les Menuires or Val Thorens. The village centre with its shops and restaurants is about an 8 minute walk away. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | We consider the quality of cooking to be one of the most important aspects of a chalet holiday, therefore a lot of focus is directed at ensuring that our guests receive delicious home-cooked food and wines which have been specially selected by us. Fully catered holidays include cooked and continental breakfasts, afternoon tea and evening meals served on 6 days. The chalet staff have one day off per week.
Your holiday will be begin on your first evening with complimentary champagne and canapés. Thereafter, each day will begin with a hearty breakfast – you have the choice of an English (bacon and eggs) or Continental (croissants) breakfast, both served with freshly-brewed tea and coffee, cereals, porridge, freshly-baked bread and jams, yoghurts, chilled fruit juice and fresh fruit.
When you return from a hard day on the piste, you can collapse into a comfy chair and help yourself to an afternoon tea of freshly-baked cake or homemade biscuits with a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
In the evenings, we create a more casual dinner party approach so that you can fully relax, unwind and enjoy a meal at your own pace at a time to suit your group. The evening will start with complementary wine and canapés followed by a creative and delicious 3-course meal with a choice of both red and white wine. For those who have a little space for more, there will be a selection of local cheeses available and the evening is then finished off with fresh coffee and chocolates. |

There is no parking at the chalet but there is public parking close by.
Please note that internet access is available in this chalet however there will be a one-off 20 Euro nominal charge for this. This one off payment allows all guests unlimited internet access on the chalet computer and on your own laptops where possible. |
