Mira Belum boasts a spectacular living room with a huge stone fire place, sitting centre stage, which divides the room into several cosy areas. There are plenty of squashy sofas and a mounted widescreen plasma screen with DVD and cinema surround. The bright and spacious living room leads onto the sunny terrace with beautiful views across the valley. The bedrooms are all furnished to a similarly high standard and three have balconies.
For the ultimate in après ski the chalet has been installed with an outside hot tub, the ideal place to rest your weary legs after a hard day on the slopes.
The chalet is in an ideal location just 5 minutes walk from the main town square and to the piste. If you would like a door to door service, our shuttle vehicles ensure a rapid ride to and from the piste throughout the day. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | Good food is an essential ingredient of every chalet party. The welcoming glass of bubbly and appetising canapés on your first evening sets the tone for a week of tempting cuisine.
Your day starts with a choice of tea or coffee at your bedside (we can leave it outside the door if you prefer). This is followed by a hearty breakfast, including French bacon, tomatoes and a choice of eggs or, if you prefer, porridge; all served with fruit juice, cereals, yoghurt, freshly baked bread, croissants, jams, and a selection of teas and coffee.
While you are out skiing your host will have laid out afternoon tea for your return – diet-defying cakes, bread, jam, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Dinner comprises a three-course meal followed by a cheese course, coffee and mints, and all complemented by a selection of extremely palatable French wines. The quality of our wine is of a much superior standard to that which you might have come to expect on a chalet holiday and we have a choice of house reds and whites to accompany your evening meal. In the unlikely event that our house wine proves not to be to your liking, then additional choices, including Champagne and port are available from our cellar for a small supplement.
We are pleased to offer a varied vegetarian and children's menu. In addition we will do our utmost to accommodate special dietary requirements, provided that sufficient prior notice is given and subject to locally available supplies.
Children’s meals:
The chalet hosts serve high tea for children at around 6pm. All children under 12 are required to take high tea unless the whole chalet is booked by your group. If this is the case and would rather your children eat with you later then please advise us at the time of booking along with any dietary requirements your child may have. |
