La Petite Pia is a beautiful free standing chalet situated in the heart of Meribel.

Stone clad and spread over three spacious floors, the chalet has wonderful views from the wide sunny balconies over Meribel valley.

The interior is a mix of beautiful polished wood and tiled floors and wooden panelled walls; every part of the chalet has been lovingly decorated by the interior designer owner and the result is a charming and individual "home from home" that can't fail to please.

The chalet is situated a ten to fifteen minute walk from the main ski lifts, however the chauffeurs are always on hand to whisk you to and from the slopes.

Accommodation:

Built into the hillside the entrance is from a wide deck leading into the hall and split level living area which boasts high ceilings and a large stone fireplace.

A tiled staircase leads down to the middle floor to the enormous master bedroom, with its own small sitting room, en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The large picture windows give access to the bedroom's private balcony and views over the west side of the valley.

The second bedroom is a large wood panelled room with its own small balcony. There is a separate loo and basin and a separate shower room.

The lower floor has a further two wood panelled bedrooms with two private bathrooms situated across the corridor. There is also a spacious cinema / games room on this level with doors leading out to the large and secluded lower terrace, where comfortable outdoor seating and a luxury hot tub are located.

Also on this level is the apartment, which has three further delightful bedrooms which share a bathroom and separate loo.

Eating has always been a memorable experience, akin to eating in a top quality restaurant. By always employing professional chefs with many years of experience in quality restaurants and hotels, we ensure that our cuisine is exceptional. It really is some of the best cooking you will experience anywhere in the Alps.

The day starts with a good breakfast of orange/grapefruit juice, coffee, a choice of teas, yoghurts, cereals and porridge with fresh milk, eggs, jambon cru, cheeses, fresh bread and croissants and jams.

On your return from skiing a tea of fresh home made cakes and biscuits awaits you in the sitting room.

Dinner is the ‘pièce de résistance’. On your first evening you are welcomed by a glass of champagne and then you can relish an exceptional four course meal to delight any gourmet, rounded off with real coffee, a glass of pineau and home-made truffles.

Of course tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at any time along with our complimentary bar of beer, wine and mixers.

We take as much pride in the wines that we serve as we do with the food. For the last few years we have been proud to work with Mark Savage, Master of Wine to advise us on wine and growers here in France, and so we are now very proud of the quality of the wines we serve in the chalets. The house Champagne is from a small producer `Victor Morin' and is delicious.

If one of your party has a special occasion during your stay why not plan something special - please discuss this with us at time of booking.
