Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation  Chalet Eleanor is a traditional freestanding chalet located in the centre of Meribel, within a 5 minute walk from the centre square and many shops, bars and restaurants. Ideally placed for access to the ski area, Chalet Eleanor is only 10 minutes walk away from the main Chaudanne lift station where you will find several lifts linking up to the vast Three Valley ski area. With a bus stop close by, this free resort service also provides easy access to the ski area.
Ideally suited to families or friends, all bedrooms are ensuite and all have the added advantage of their own private balconies. This fantastic chalet is cleverly built into the hillside with the entrance / communal areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the floors below. Furnished to a high standard, this super chalet offers comfortable accommodation with an open plan living and dining area with a large open fireplace. There are french doors leading to a wonderful south-facing balcony boasting fantastic views across the Meribel Valley. Whilst the chalet is considered full at 12, there is an additional ensuite bedroom which can be used to accommodate whole groups of 14 guests. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | We consider the quality of cooking to be one of the most important aspects of a chalet holiday, therefore a lot of focus is directed at ensuring that our guests receive delicious home-cooked food and wines which have been specially selected by us. Fully catered holidays include cooked and continental breakfasts, afternoon tea and evening meals served on 6 days. The chalet staff have one day off per week.
Your holiday will be begin on your first evening with complimentary champagne and canapés. Thereafter, each day will begin with a hearty breakfast – you have the choice of an English (bacon and eggs) or Continental (croissants) breakfast, both served with freshly-brewed tea and coffee, cereals, porridge, freshly-baked bread and jams, yoghurts, chilled fruit juice and fresh fruit.
When you return from a hard day on the piste, you can collapse into a comfy chair and help yourself to an afternoon tea of freshly-baked cake or homemade biscuits with a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
In the evenings, we create a more casual dinner party approach so that you can fully relax, unwind and enjoy a meal at your own pace at a time to suit your group. The evening will start with complementary wine and canapés followed by a creative and delicious 3-course meal with a choice of both red and white wine. For those who have a little space for more, there will be a selection of local cheeses available and the evening is then finished off with fresh coffee and chocolates. |

There is free external parking for 2 cars. The pre-bookable minibus shuttle service is available for Chalet Eleanor and includes morning drop offs and afternoon pick ups from the main Chaudanne lifts (times restrictive).
Chalet Eleanor is run by one couple who live out.
Please note that internet access is available in this chalet however there will be a one-off 20 Euro nominal charge for this. This one off payment allows all guests unlimited internet access on the chalet computer and on your own laptops where possible. |
