The chefs in this chalethotel are all professionally trained. Where possible, ingredients are locally sourced to ensure the freshest food, and we incorporate local specialties into the menu.

Breakfast:
Start the day with a choice of cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, local breads and pastries, preserves and honey. Plentiful fruit juices, teas, coffees or hot chocolate are available.

Afternoon Tea:
Return to a selection of freshly baked cakes, biscuits, bread, jams and honey. If you'd prefer, there's also a warming soup, along with a choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

Dinner:
Each evening you will be served a three-course dinner offering a range of meat, fish and vegetarian options. On two evenings, including arrival night, a buffet is served. Otherwise the daily menu offers a choice of three starters and three main courses and a selection of desserts or local cheeses.

On Thursday nights the chefs and chalet staff have a night off giving guests the opportunity to sample the local restaurants. The staff will be happy to book a table and arrange transport for you. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served as usual on this day.

Complimentary wine:
To accompany your meal there's a choice of carefully selected red and white wines. These are complimentary and are available throughout dinner until coffee is served.

Sociable bars:
For that well-earned pre or post-dinner drink, the chalethotel has a bar featuring happy hours and a cocktail of the day. Simply charge drinks to your room and settle the bill at the end of your stay.
